Coach Cadet Leadership Program

Are you eager to build leadership and job skills? Do you want to make deep and lasting friendships? Does inspiring and guiding others make you happy?

The Coach Cadet Leadership Program is our commitment to coach mentorship and to developing a tiered leadership pathway for our region's youth coaches. The program requires an unusal level of commitment, hard work and is very demanding of candidates. As our Coach Cadets know, achieving quality results and a positive coaching environment is never easy, but the rewards speak for themselves: skilled, confident and smiling athletes.

All of our Coach Cadets are talented, energetic and keen male and female athletes between the ages of 14 to 18 from Cumberland-Westmorland. They are also veterans of our programs who understand the welcoming and supportive culture we provide and our commitment to high-quality coaching that places long-term player development (LTPD) above fixed-mindset coaching.
